Marketing

Our Customer Service Department stands ready to answer your initial questions, process information requests and track existing orders.

Direct Sales Representatives are highly trained and available on a national basis to respond to customer inquiries. They have available extensive product literature in the form of catalogues, compact discs, video tapes, specific application case studies, and are fully qualified to assist customers in the understanding and selection of MMPE products.

Engineering

Technical support is readily available to existing and prospective customers regarding current products and custom fabrications. Please contact your assigned Sales Representative to request specific technical information. Your inquiry will be directed to our Engineering Group and processed in a timely manner. If an on-site visit is required for clarification of information, we will gladly schedule a convenient appointment.

Ergonomic Consultation

In addition to in-house staff, we retain the services of a recognized ergonomist capable of a comprehensive in-plant analysis of "Human Factors and Ergonomics Impact". Where applicable, MMPE will provide this service to customer facilities.

Strategic Partnerships

In addition to the products which we directly manufacture, MMPE has joined with a few selected firms into strategic alliances to bring a more comprehensive product mix to our customers. Partners are selected based upon meeting the same quality and performance criteria we require of manufactured products at MMPE. Specifically, the products must be unique, cost effective and provide a value-added contribution to our customers.
